Refund policy
We offer refunds for 15 days from the original purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
- Items that are marked “Final Sale” on the website
- Hats
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Hair Accessories
- Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates
- Belts
All return requests must be made within 15 days of the order being received. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is sent back to Wilde within 7 days. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed.
HOW IT WORKS: To start a return, please email us at shopwildellc@gmail.com with “return” in the subject line and include your order number and the item(s) you are returning. Once we process the request, you will receive an email with a link to download a return label. Once your return is received, store credit will be emailed to you. Or visit us in person at our East Nashville location.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email shopwildellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number and we will work with you to replace damaged item or issue store credit.
LOST PACKAGES: Wilde is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at shopwildellc@gmail.com if you do not receive your package so we can provide tracking information.
EXCHANGES: Due to rapidly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
INCORRECT ORDERS: We always double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes sometimes happen! If you do receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing shopwildellc@gmail.com with your order number and “missing or incorrect item” in the subject line. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item or give store credit in the event we no longer have the item in stock.
